Q.2 How does it all work?
It's a very simple system where you can either buy or sell just about anything you like online. Firstly you will need to register which s FREE, then simply click on the Browse or Sell tabs. Once an item is listed for sale, people will bid to buy it. If at the end of the auction, and if the 'Reserve Price' is met, the highest bidder and the seller will be put in touch with each other to complete the transaction. We then encourage each trader to place feedback about the other person, so that other traders can see a history of how they participate in trades.
Q.3 Can I trust them?
We have put in place a number of different systems to help you decide if a particular trader is trustworthy. If they are displaying the "Trusted Trader" symbol, and the "ID" symbol then there is a very good chance they will continue to trade honestly. Experienced traders will also have "stars" attached to show their feedback rating. It is advisable to read the feedback others have placed about the trader you are considering dealing with. We also recommend you use SafeXchange to protect both parties from any dishonesty during the transaction.
Q.4 How much does it cost?
It is FREE to register, it's FREE to browse and it's FREE to buy. It is also FREE to list your items for sale (unless you buy promotional features). So the only small cost will come if your item actually sells ie "successful sale fee". Remember NO SALE = NO FEE. Classified Ads are a one off charge, just like a newspaper, and can be listed for a 1-3 month duration. For more specific pricing details please refer to the Fee Schedule. Zarzoo is a very cost effective way to expose your items to thousands of people.
Q.5 What is Safexchange?
SafeXchange is a legitimate and secure website which provides a safe way to exchange money and goods.
SafeXchange acts as a "middleman" to ensure that goods are transacted openly and honestly to protect both parties.
It ensures the buyer gets the goods as described by the seller, and the seller gets paid for their item. All goods are "tracked and traced" in real time so both parties can be kept informed at every step of the transaction.

Q.6 How do I buy things?
Buying is fun and exciting. Some people are making a lot of money buying things cheap and then re-selling them......good thinking! Once you have registered FREE, simply search for the item by clicking on the BROWSE tab. Once you've found it, either place a bid you are willing to pay, or "Buy Now". If you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction we will send you (by e-mail) the details of the Seller so you can contact them for payment. There are no fees to buy. Its that easy.
Q.7 How do I sell things?
Selling on Zarzoo is very exciting and profitable. Once you have registered FREE (and logged in), you simply click the SELL tab and follow the simple listing instructions. You will need to provide accurate information about the item you are selling, and the 'Reserve Price'. Then all you have to do is sit back and watch people try to out-bid each other to buy it. If your 'Reserve Price' is met, then at the end of the auction we will email you the details of the highest bidder so you can arrange payment and delivery. Its that simple.
